Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Company: Client is a trusted and well-established dairy brand known for delivering high-quality, fresh, and authentic dairy products.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Upto 30,000/- Per Month

Key Responsibilities:

Monitors the quality aspects of incoming raw materials to the organization and the products that are ready to be shipped.

1. Ensure that manufactured products meet the specified quality standards set by the organization before being sent to customers. Daily maintenance of certificate of analysis.
2. Driving research and development across all product categories. In collaboration with cross functional teams, research product ideas, determine feasibility, create prototypes, and stabilize formulations for scale up.
3. Carry out full study of and life cycle of the product before you carry it out to the market
4. Development of new products or discovering new knowledge for improving the effectiveness of existing products.
5. Comply with paperwork of all FSSAI rules and regulations (Reports + Plant)





6. Filling of Form D2
7. Ability to recognize and resolve any sudden issues relating to quality.
8. Maintain cordial relations with all departments and diligently co-ordinate with Customer Relationship Officer with regards to any customer complaints for products.
9. Work closely with QA and Production department.
10. Work hand in hand with Production department to ensure quality material is produced and delivered.

Requirements

- Education: Dairy technology or Bachelors in B-Tech, Microbiology
- Experience: 6 Months–5years
- Required Skills: FOSTAC Training, HACCP and GMP Certifications
- Basic Computer skills
