Roles and Responsibility The Quality Controller for Footwear will be responsible for ensuring that all footwear products meet the company's quality standards and specifications. This role involves inspecting materials, components, and finished products, identifying defects or deviations from standards, and working with production teams to correct issues.

The Quality

Controller will also be involved in developing and implementing quality control procedures to enhance product quality and consistency.

- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, components, and finished footwear products.
- Perform various tests to assess the quality, durability, and performance of footwear items
- Ensure all products comply with industry standards and company quality specifications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the footwear industry.
- Identify defects or deviations from quality standards and document findings.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to address and resolve quality issues.
- Recommend improvements or corrective actions to prevent future quality issues.




- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve production processes and quality control procedures.
- Train production staff on quality standards and inspection techniques.
- Proven experience as a Quality Controller in the footwear industry or a related field.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and testing methods

- Proven experience of 10 -12 yrs as a Leather footwear Quality Controller in the footwear industry
- Familiarity with quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and testing methods
- Robust attention to detail and observational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and equipment.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of quality management software.
