Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Executive to ensure that all jewellery products meet defined quality standards before dispatch. The role involves inspecting workmanship, weight, finishing, stone setting, and overall compliance with design and company benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities / Learning Areas

· Conduct quality inspection of jewellery at various stages of production (casting, filing, setting, polishing, and final finishing).

· Check jewellery for design accuracy, weight tolerance, finishing quality, stone setting, and symmetry.

· Identify defects, deviations, or quality issues and coordinate with production teams for rectification.

· Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications.

· Maintain inspection records, rejection reports, and quality checklists.

· Monitor wastage, metal loss,



and ensure accountability of precious materials.

· Work closely with karigars, supervisors, and production managers to improve quality outcomes.

· Ensure jewellery is approved for dispatch only after final quality clearance.

· Follow safety, quality, and company operational guidelines at all times.

Candidate Profile

Qualification

· Diploma / Certification in Jewellery Manufacturing or Quality Control (preferred).

Experience

· 3–7 years of experience in quality control within a jewellery manufacturing unit

Skills & Competencies

· Robust knowledge of gold jewellery manufacturing processes

· Expertise in identifying workmanship, finishing, and setting defects

· Understanding of weight control, purity standards, and quality benchmarks

· High attention to detail and strong observational skills

· Ability to coordinate effectively with production and design teams

· Strong sense of responsibility and material accountability

· Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and brand reputation
