We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to manage the complete quality function of our footwear manufacturing unit, from Cutting to Final Inspection & Dispatch .

Key Responsibilities:

- Overall quality control from cutting, stitching/closing, lasting, finishing, packing to dispatch.
- Manage Inline, End-line & Final Inspection .
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, AQL and quality standards.
- Root Cause Analysis, CAPA and reduction of defects, rejection and rework.
- Handle customer complaints,



inspections and quality audits.
- Lead and develop the Quality Control team.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments for continuous quality improvement.

Candidate Profile:

- 8–12+ years of relevant experience in footwear quality/manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of footwear processes, materials, workmanship and quality standards.
- Proven experience in managing the overall quality function .
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
