Role Description The Quality Assurance Intern at Cyber Sage will support the testing and validation of AI-based cybersecurity tools to ensure reliability and accuracy. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing test cases, documenting defects, assisting in root cause analysis, and verifying fixes in collaboration with the engineering and product teams. The intern will help maintain quality documentation, contribute to process improvements, and participate in internal reviews of security workflows and audit reports.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



requiring close coordination with cross-functional teams and consistent participation in in-person meetings and project activities.

Qualifications

Foundational skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, with the ability to follow test plans and validate product performance.

Understanding of Quality Management principles, including documentation practices and process standardization.

Exposure to Quality Auditing techniques, such as reviewing workflows, identifying nonconformities, and supporting corrective actions.

Awareness of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or analogous quality standards, and interest in applying structured compliance approaches to software and security processes.

Pursuing or having recently completed a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of software testing concepts (manual or automated), with solid attention to detail and analytical skills.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate within a diverse, multidisciplinary team.

Interest in cybersecurity and AI technologies, with a willingness to learn tools, frameworks, and best practices used at Cyber Sage.
