- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, with the ability to execute inspections, tests, and preventive quality measures.

- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management, including establishing, maintaining, and improving quality systems and documentation.

- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing, with experience conducting internal audits and reporting findings to stakeholders.

- Candidates should possess knowledge of Food Technology or relevant process-industry technologies, with an understanding of standards and safety requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in using quality tools and basic data analysis.

- Effective communication skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams, and readiness to work in office in a fast-paced plant environment.

- Familiarity with ISO or similar quality standards, and commitment to continuous improvement and workplace safety.

- Qualification - B Tech Mechanical (Mandatory)
