Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Quality Assurance Executive to monitor service quality, maintain student satisfaction, handle student concerns, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a positive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided to students.
- Handle student queries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
- Understand student issues and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
- Follow up with students to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily.
- Maintain positive relationships with students.
- Collect and maintain student feedback.
- Monitor student satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify service quality issues and report them to the concerned team.




- Prepare basic quality and student feedback reports.
- Ensure company policies and service standards are followed.
- Support continuous improvement in student services and internal processes.
