About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our energetic team in Pune or remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing with a minimum of four years of experience, particularly within networking, virtualization, or cybersecurity domains. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through meticulous testing, process optimization, and team leadership.

You will act as a key point of contact for all QA activities related to product releases, working closely with development, product management, and customer support teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your expertise will help shape our testing strategies, improve automation frameworks, and uphold our standards of excellence in product quality.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Bachelor of Engineering (BE), or Bachelor of Technology (BTech), preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology. Candidates must have at least four years of hands-on experience in manual testing, with a strong understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and tools.





Experience in networking, virtualization platforms, and cybersecurity concepts is highly desirable. Additionally, familiarity with automation testing, performance testing tools, web services testing, and mobile application testing will be advantageous. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Accops, your responsibilities will include: Acting as the primary point of contact for all QA-related activities during product releases, coordinating resources internally and externally to ensure timely delivery.

Leading and mentoring the QA team members, including managing external contract testers to maintain high standards of testing quality.

Performing root cause analysis for complex issues related to networking, virtualization, or security, and providing actionable insights to resolve them effectively.

Guiding teams in understanding requirements, designing boundary test cases, and developing efficient test strategies aligned with product goals.

Reviewing and improving automation frameworks, assisting teams in enhancing existing automation processes, and integrating automation into the overall QA strategy.

Collaborating with development teams to understand customer requirements and ensuring these are accurately reflected in test plans and execution.

Establishing and refining QA processes, defining quality metrics,



and implementing industry best practices to ensure consistent product quality.

Overseeing defect management, test case management, and documentation to maintain transparency and traceability of testing activities.

Monitoring product quality throughout the development lifecycle and providing feedback to improve product stability and performance.

Participating in product communication, release documentation, and supporting customer-facing documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.
