About the Role: We are looking for a hyper-organized, process-driven QMS & Operational Governance Manager to oversee process compliance, ISO standards (ISO 9001 & ISO 27001), and operational discipline across our multi-disciplinary business units, spanning IT Services, Micro-SaaS/ERP development, Performance/Digital Marketing, and Creative Branding. You will work directly with our leadership team and external ISO auditors to ensure every department operates with clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), projects follow defined handoff workflows, meetings run on time with explicit action tracking, and data security standards are upheld.

Key Responsibilities: External ISO Audit & Compliance Ownership: Serve as the single point of contact for external ISO auditing firms for ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 27001 (Information Security) certification/surveillance audits.

Conduct regular internal audits across software development, digital marketing projects, creative handoffs, and client onboarding to catch non-conformances before external audits.

Cadence, Meetings & Governance Execution: Schedule, drive, and document mandatory Management Review Meetings, Monthly/quarterly strategy reviews, and inter-departmental governance syncs.

Ensure every meeting starts on time, actionable Minutes of Meeting (MoM) are captured, tasks are assigned in our project management tools, and action items are systematically tracked to completion.

SOP Architecture & Cross-Departmental Workflows: Audit and refine SOPs across different service lines (e.g., code deployment checklists for SaaS/ERP, campaign setup checklists for Performance Marketing, design handoff protocols for Creative Agency).

Ensure no department is skipping critical steps in project delivery, client reporting, or data access management.

Corrective Actions & Continuous Improvement: Manage the internal CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action)



and Risk Register logs when client deliverables, service delivery, or internal processes fail quality checks.

Standardize client offboarding, data handling, and NDA/access control compliance across all digital tools and workspaces.

Candidate Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Process Quality, QMS Management, or Operational Governance within an IT Services, Software Development, or Digital Agency environment.

ISO Expertise: Hands-on experience preparing for and passing ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 audits.

Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with project management and documentation tools (Trello/ClickUp/Jira, Microsoft 365, Slack).

Mindset: Firm yet adaptable. Ability to hold creative directors, software engineers, and account managers accountable to schedules and SOPs without slowing down creative execution or sprint velocity. Perks & What We Offer at CodeAce
