- Conduct accurate quantity take-offs from drawings, project specifications, and other documents.

- Prepare and update detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for various stages of the project.

- Assist in cost estimation, analysis, and provide input for project budgeting.

- Perform value engineering and recommend cost-saving solutions without compromising quality.

- Prepare and process interim and final bills for contractors and subcontractors.

- Ensure the proper documentation and submission of project invoices according to contract terms.

- Coordinate with the project management team to validate completed work before processing bills.

- Track project costs, review payments, and ensure they align with contract terms.

- Resolve any discrepancies related to payments and claims.

- Assist the project manager in controlling and forecasting project costs.

- Monitor project progress and cost performance, providing regular reports to senior management.

- Perform regular reconciliations between project expenditures and budgets.





- Track change orders and ensure proper documentation for any deviations.

- Assist in the preparation and review of contracts and subcontracts.

- Maintain accurate records of project-related correspondence, agreements, and variations.

- Provide advice on contractual obligations and assist in dispute resolution when necessary.

- Conduct site visits and coordinate with site engineers for measurements and work progress.

- Ensure that materials, resources, and subcontractor work are in line with project specifications.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
