We're looking for a Q-Commerce Ads Manager to own our paid media presence across quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, etc.) — driving visibility, conversion, and profitable growth on India's fastest-growing retail channel.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimise sponsored listings, banners, and search ads across q-commerce platforms
- Manage budgets and bids to hit ROAS, ACOS, and share-of-voice targets
- Optimise listings/keywords for organic + paid discoverability
- Track performance (ROAS, CAC, MER, contribution margin) and build regular reporting dashboards
- Coordinate promotions, deal days, and current SKU launches with platform account managers
- Balance spend across q-commerce, Meta/Google, and offline using blended CAC, not siloed ROAS
- Monitor competitor pricing and share-of-shelf; coordinate creatives with design team

Requirements
- 2–5 years in performance marketing or category management, with hands-on q-commerce ads experience
- Strong grasp of ROAS, ACOS, CAC, MER, contribution margin
- Comfortable with platform dashboards and Excel/Sheets reporting
- D2C/FMCG background preferred; analytical, stakeholder-savvy
