Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QMS Manager / Senior Quality Professional with 10+ years of experience in Plastic Injection Moulding / Manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for managing and strengthening the Quality Management System, conducting internal audits, ensuring process compliance, handling quality issues, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards.
- Conduct and manage Internal Audits, including audit planning, execution, reporting, identification of non-conformities, and corrective-action follow-up.
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 Internal Audit requirements.
- Ensure effective implementation of quality procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and process controls.
- Manage quality-related activities for Plastic Injection Moulding processes.
- Identify and resolve injection moulding defects such as flash, sink marks, short moulding, warpage, burn marks, flow marks, weld lines, and dimensional variations.
- Handle RCA, CAPA, 8D, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP and other quality tools.
- Monitor and reduce rejection, rework, scrap, and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with Production, Tool Room, Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Support customer audits, certification audits, and management system audits.




- Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Train and guide the Quality team on QMS procedures, internal audit requirements, and quality standards.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of audit observations, corrective actions, and preventive actions.

Candidate Requirements

- 10+ years of relevant experience in Quality/QMS.
- Strong hands-on experience in Plastic Injection Moulding is required.
- Valuable working knowledge of IATF 16949 and Internal Auditing.
- Practical knowledge of injection moulding processes and quality defects.
- Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, SPC, MSA, 8D, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, documentation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Immediate joiner or short-notice candidate preferred.
- Candidates with a stable employment history and demonstrated long-term association with previous organizations will be preferred.
- Candidates based in Jaipur or willing to relocate to Jaipur will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,337.74 - ₹71,080.90 per month
