Role & responsibilities

1. Quality Management:

- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems in alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of quality control processes across various departments, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

2. Process Improvement:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Design and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency, reduce defects, and streamline workflows.

3. Quality Assurance:

- Define quality assurance procedures, standards, and specifications for products or services, ensuring they meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments to verify compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key quality metrics, improvement initiatives, and recommendations.

5. Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving:

- Lead investigations into quality-related issues,



conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective and preventive actions to address underlying problems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer complaints and drive sustainable solutions.

6. Training and Development:

- Provide training and guidance to co-workers on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of quality consciousness by promoting awareness and accountability throughout the organization.

7. Supplier and Vendor Management:

- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to establish quality standards and ensure their adherence to agreed-upon specifications.
- Evaluations to ensure the consistency and reliability of incoming materials.

8. Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure the organization's compliance with relevant quality and safety requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven track record in quality management and quality assurance, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct effective root cause analyses.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
