Job Title: QA/QC Painting Inspector

Salary: 60,000.00 to 65,000.00 INR Per month

Qualification

- BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC and painting inspection

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Painting Inspector to ensure that painting and coating works are carried out according to approved specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect and monitor painting and coating activities at various stages of work.
- Ensure painting works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Check surface preparation, blasting, cleaning, primer application, intermediate coats, and final coats.




- Conduct and monitor inspections and tests related to painting and coating works.
- Verify paint materials, batch numbers, mixing procedures, and application methods.
- Check environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and dew point before and during painting activities.
- Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are properly implemented.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams regarding quality issues.
- Ensure all painting activities comply with project QA/QC procedures and applicable industry standards.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
