Job Summary

Good Time Builders is looking for an experienced Quality Control (QC) Engineer to ensure high-quality construction standards across our residential projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction quality procedures, material testing, inspections, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure quality standards at all stages of construction.
- Conduct inspections of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
- Verify work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Perform and monitor material quality checks and coordinate laboratory testing of concrete, steel, sand, aggregates, and other construction materials.
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports, checklists, and test records.
- Identify quality issues, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and contractors to maintain quality compliance.
- Ensure adherence to IS codes, safety standards, and company quality procedures.




- Conduct pre-pour, post-pour, and finishing inspections.
- Monitor concrete cube testing, slump tests, and other quality tests.
- Participate in internal quality audits and client inspections.
- Ensure all quality documentation is completed and maintained for project records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance construction quality and reduce rework.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control within the real estate construction industry.
- Experience in residential apartment or villa projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IS Codes, QA/QC procedures, and construction quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Positive communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
