Roles&Responsibilities;:-

- Raw Material Testing: Analyze incoming raw materials like seeds and crude oil for moisture content, free fatty acids (FFA), impurities, and other parameters to approve or reject batches based on predefined specifications. 1

- In-Process Quality Monitoring: Conduct routine tests at various production stages such as degumming, neutralization, bleaching, and deodorization to monitor key process parameters like pH, temperature, and FFA levels. 1

- Finished Product Testing: Test the final oil product for characteristics such as acid value, peroxide value, iodine value, saponification value, color, odor, and appearance to ensure products meet industry and regulatory standards. 1

- Instrument Operation and Calibration: Use analytical instruments like GC, UV-Vis, HPLC, and titrators, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab equipment regularly. 1





- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all test results, prepare COA (Certificate of Analysis) and QC reports for batch release. 1

- Support Audits and Compliance: Assist during internal and external audits to ensure compliance with GMP (Valuable Manufacturing Practices) and ISO standards. 1

- These responsibilities are essential for maintaining the integrity and reliability of the products that reach consumers, ensuring product quality, process efficiency, and environmental compliance.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
