QA/QC Engineer

Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer to ensure that products, materials, processes, and project activities meet required quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of quality inspection, documentation, testing procedures, and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality inspections of materials, processes, and finished work.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and quality procedures.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, test reports, and quality records.
- Identify defects and non-conformities and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and site teams to resolve quality issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and support CAPA implementation.
- Monitor the quality of incoming materials and supplier/subcontractor work.
- Maintain proper documentation and traceability of inspections and tests.
- Support internal and external quality audits.




- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of measuring and testing equipment.
- Promote continuous improvement and adherence to company quality standards.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
- 2–3 years of experience in QA/QC or a related role.
- Good knowledge of inspection and testing procedures.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems is preferred.
- Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation.

Preferred Skills
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and codes.
- Experience with NCR, CAPA, root-cause analysis, and quality audits.

Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
