Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure the highest quality standards across construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures, conducting inspections, monitoring site activities, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures.

· Conduct inspections of civil works, finishing works, and construction materials.

· Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

· Review material test reports, inspection requests, and quality documentation.

· Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality issues.

· Monitor concrete works, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing activities.

· Prepare quality inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective action reports.

· Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits.





· Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes, project specifications, and statutory requirements.

· Maintain QA/QC records, checklists, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

· Identify quality risks and recommend preventive and corrective measures.

· Participate in client and consultant inspections and project handovers.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

· 5–7 years of experience in QA/QC within the Real Estate or Construction industry.

· Strong knowledge of construction materials, quality standards, and testing procedures.

· Familiarity with IS Codes, QA/QC documentation, and inspection processes.

· Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.

· Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

· Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

· Experience in residential and commercial construction projects.

· Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

· Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
