About The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Analyst & Project Coordinator to join our dynamic application development and production support team. This full-time role is based in India with a work-from-home setup, aligning with Eastern Time working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and timely delivery of web applications, managing testing activities, and coordinating various project tasks. The position requires a blend of technical expertise in manual testing, API validation, backend data verification, and strong organizational skills to manage project tracking, stakeholder communication, and reporting. Immediate joining is preferred, and the compensation package offers up to ₹4 LPA, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, with at least 2 years of hands-on manual testing experience. A strong understanding of SQL for backend data validation, API testing skills using Postman, and experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira are essential.





Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and SharePoint is required for effective communication and documentation. Knowledge of accessibility standards such as ADA, Section 508, or WCAG is highly desirable. Candidates should have experience testing web applications, PDFs, reports, and database functionalities.

Exposure to automation testing tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress will be an added advantage. Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills are critical, along with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and tasks while working within the designated shift.

Responsibilities The key responsibilities of this role include performing various types of testing such as functional, regression, integration, system, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for web applications. The QA Analyst & Project Coordinator will create and execute detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

Backend data validation using SQL and API testing with Postman are vital components of the role. Additionally, testing application-generated PDFs and reports, as well as conducting accessibility and ADA compliance testing, are essential tasks.

The role involves identifying, documenting, prioritizing, tracking, retesting, and closing defects efficiently. Maintaining accurate project trackers, testing documentation, deadlines, dependencies, and action items is crucial for project success. The candidate will be responsible for collecting daily updates from the development team,



preparing consolidated status reports, and following up on tasks, blockers, and timelines with developers.

Coordination of application demos, UAT activities, production releases, and post-release validation are integral duties. Regular attendance at project meetings and effective communication with stakeholders are essential, along with escalating critical issues, missed deadlines, risks, or unresolved blockers in a timely manner.
