Role Description This is a full time, on-site Python Developer role based in Gandhinagar.

The Python

Developer will build, maintain, and optimize backend services that support OnlineLR’s transport documentation workflows and ledgers. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing APIs, integrating databases, writing clean and testable code, and troubleshooting performance and security issues. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers,



and mobile developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The developer will also contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of the app’s architecture and deployment processes.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with at least one web framework (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
- Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design, integration with mobile apps, and JSON-based data exchange.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of software testing practices (unit, integration, and automated tests) and debugging techniques.
- Experience with deployment and environment management (e.g., Docker, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines) is beneficial.
- Ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Background in fintech, logistics, or business process automation is a plus.
