Key Responsibility:

- Collaborating with Stores department to understand their requirements and align sourcing & procurement activities with organizational goals.

- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors & alternate sources to obtain multiple quotations and conduct comparative analysis.

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead time, and commercial conditions with existing and potential suppliers to ensure the future scope of business for procurement and vendor management.

- Preparing & raising vendor purchase order ensuring compliance with technical specifications and drawings.

- Maintain proper purchase records, vendor files & contracts. Verify invoices with PO and GRN before forwarding for payment.

- Finalise product & system purchases and follow up on its timely delivery

- Track critical and long-lead items to avoid line stoppage, also manage urgent procurement requirements

- Active participation in recent sourcing & research for R&D; projects

- Coordinate with finance team for payment planning

- Support sales team for special customer requirements

- Review the feasibility of outsourcing key services, including instrument calibration, machine maintenance, and computer hardware and software support (Incl SNA call logs)





- Supplier CAPA follow-up

- Coordinate with QA/QC for vendor approvals and material quality. Address rejection, replacement, and non-conformance issues

- Obtain monthly raw material rates from suppliers to ensure competitive prices aligned with market trends.

- Obtaining approval from top management on final raw material rates & sharing the approved rates with costing team

- Conduct supplier audit at least once in a year for raw material supplier

- Coordinating for MSME certificate from suppliers

Qualifications:

- Bachelor in any stream (Bachelors in Electrical, Engineering would be added advantage)

- Exp of 3 to 5 in purchase (same industry will be preferable)

- Salary offered range is 40-45 k

- Shift timing: 9AM – 6PM

- Working Days: Mon – Sat

- Location: Vasai East
