Key Responsibilities

- Purchase stock and materials for all brands based on demand and reorder requirements.

- Source and negotiate with vendors for packaging, raw materials, and consumables.

- Raise purchase orders and follow up until material is delivered on time.

- Compare quotations on price, quality, and lead time before finalizing vendors.

- Identify and onboard current vendors to improve cost and reliability.

- Maintain vendor records, rate contracts, and purchase documentation.

- Work with stores and production teams to buy ahead of stock shortages.

Who Can Apply

- Freshers with strong negotiation skills or 1-3 years in purchase or procurement.

- Fluency in English and Tamil for vendor communication.

- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic purchase documentation.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow up persistently.
