Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
- Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Tally software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Management:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.




- Prepare and issue purchase orders and monitor their status to ensure timely delivery.
- Supplier Relations:
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with key suppliers to ensure favorable terms and reliable service.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Tally Software Management:
- Utilize Tally software to record purchase transactions, maintain purchase records, and generate reports.
- Reconcile purchase orders and invoices in Tally to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on analysis of procurement data.
