Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our E-surveillance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing electronic surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, access control units, and other related materials. The role requires maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring cost-effective procurement, and timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate suppliers for electronic surveillance equipment and installation materials.
- Procure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, access control devices, sensors, cabling, networking devices, and software licenses.
- Obtain and evaluate quotes from vendors; negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate with warehouse/inventory and project/installation teams for material requirements and availability.
- Track and monitor inventory levels; reorder materials when necessary.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure all purchases comply with internal policies, budget, and quality standards.




- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
- Work closely with the finance team for invoice processing and payment follow-up.
- Keep up to date with market trends, product innovations, and new suppliers in the surveillance industry.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of surveillance systems and related hardware
- Understanding of supply chain and procurement processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, or procurement software
- Attention to detail and robust organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Electronics, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the electronics or security/surveillance sector
- Experience with ERP or procurement systems (SAP, Tally, Zoho, etc.) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
