Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented with 8+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for purchase negotiations, purchase order creation, vendor coordination, procurement reporting, data analysis, and other purchase-related activities. Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM Module is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct purchase negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement.

- Oversee & Manager the operational workflow within the SAP MM module.

- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and commercial discussions.

- Monitor procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials.

- Generate procurement-related reports and management dashboards.

- Analyze purchase data, vendor performance, pricing trends, and inventory requirements.

- Maintain procurement records and documentation accurately.

- Support cross-functional teams in sourcing and procurement activities.

- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.





- Drive process by implementing advanced data visualization via Power BI dashboards and leveraging AI-enabled tools to predict commodity pricing trends, manage demand forecasting, and mitigate supply disruptions.

- Knowledge about Import documents will be added advantage.

Required Qualifications

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (mandatory).

- Additional qualification/certification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Materials Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 8+ years of relevant experience in procurement/purchase functions.

Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience in SAP MM Module (Mandatory).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and data visualization.

- Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and data analysis.
