Role Overview

Minimum 3 to 6 years of core Procurement experience in Railway Projects

Manage the entire procurement cycle, from identifying requirements to placing orders and ensuring timely delivery, to support project execution.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to secure the best possible terms and minimize procurement costs.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery, and pricing to maintain a reliable and competitive supplier base.




- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and ensure accurate and timely procurement of materials.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks to ensure uninterrupted project progress.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs across all projects.

Required Skillset

- Demonstrated ability to manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve procurement-related issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, in office construction environment.
