Store Executive PVC Pipes Manufacturing Company

We are looking for a Store Executive to manage day-to-day stores and inventory operations in our PVC pipes manufacturing facility.

Location: Chengalpattu

CTC: Maximum gross up to 35 K PM

Key Responsibilities

- Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and issue of raw materials, packing materials, spare parts, and consumables.
- Verify incoming materials against POs, Delivery Challans, and GRNs, and report discrepancies.
- Maintain proper binning, labeling, stock records, and material traceability.
- Issue materials to Production, Maintenance, and other departments against authorized requisitions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in Tally/ERP and process inward/outward material entries.
- Monitor stock levels, minimum/maximum levels, and identify slow-moving or obsolete items.
- Maintain adequate stock of critical production and maintenance spares.




- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and assist with inventory audits.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Accounts for material requirements and discrepancies.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safe stacking, and compliance with stores and safety procedures.

Qualification & Experience
- Any degree
- Tally/ERP working knowledge is essential
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Stores/Inventory, preferably in a PVC Pipes, Plastic, Manufacturing, or similar industrial workplace.
- Good knowledge of material handling, inventory control, documentation, and stock reconciliation.
