Role & responsibilities

- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time

- Identify Cost Effective Supplier and development to achieve 100% adherence to delivery & quality. Risk Assessment for supplier enrolment.

- Deliver targets set for Purchase Price Variance, Innovation, Cost Avoidance, & Value Optimization in given category.

- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms to achieve cost savings

- Risk Mitigation planning and sustainable sourcing measures for category, Support sourcing activities and identifying alternate suppliers when required.

- Daily Market Monitoring & Price Tracking.

- Collaborate closely with Factory, MNS, Quality, Planning, and Stores teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.

- Supplier Development for quality product supplies, future needs.

- Maintain 100% adherence to Supplier code of conduct & responsible sourcing.

- Budgeting and adherence review.

- Supplier Evaluation and Development.
