-To look after all the purchase related activities of company in the assigned region/ starting from new vendor search till order execution. Some points are given below,
- Work to generate current vendor for company's requirement through all mode of Media (Like: Online/Visits/Phone Calls Etc.).
- Follow-up with all the purchase order (PO).
- Looking after the purchase based on technical requirement/specification of the product.
- Technical understanding of the products.
- Preparation of purchase activity report for management.
- Discuss with reporting officer to prepare RFQ.
- Supervision on order processing and import activities.
- Maintain healthy corporate relationship with vendor and associates.
Desired Candidate Profile:
-Applicant should have diploma or B.Tech /BE in Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering.
-Knowledge of power electronics/PCB testing & measuring instrument are preferable and desired.
-Positive communication skill in English is mandatory.
-Should have Industrial & Institutional purchase experience at least 1-2 years.
