- prepare and maintain purchase entry records accurately.
- prepare and update sales entry record.
- coordinate with vendors and internal departments for purchase requirements.
- process and follow up on purchase request(PR).
- Prepare and verify purchase orders(PO).
- conduct price comparison and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers.
- prepare customer quotations and estimation documents.
- coordinate material dispatch and complete dispatch sales entry.
- maintain purchase and sales documentation systematically.
- follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
