RoleOverview:

We are looking for a Purchase Assistant to support our Purchase Department in day-to-day purchase operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a experienced candidate to build a career in procurement within a growing manufacturing company, with hands-on exposure to ERP systems, supplier management, and purchase documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Raise and track purchase orders in the company ERP system
- Follow up with suppliers for quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules
- Prepare quotation comparison statements for review by the Procurement Manager
- Coordinate with the stores team on GRN and inward material receipt
- Maintain supplier records, pending-PO reports, and purchase files




- Support the Procurement Manager with day-to-day purchase documentation and monthly MIS reports

Candidate Requirements:

- B.E.,/ Diploma/B.Com / BBA in any stream (Mechanical or Materials background is a plus).
- 1-3 years of experience in Purchase or Stores
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel
- Fluent Tamil and basic English communication
- Candidates residing in and around Sulur, Neelampur, or Annur preferred

Working Days: Monday to Saturday Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹15,567.64 - ₹25,705.56 per month
