Key Responsibilities (Field Work)

- Lead Collection on Field: Gather parent contact information through field visits to identify potential leads.
- Prospect Engagement: Reach out to collected leads through calling, engaging parents in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and expectations and scheduling counselling session for admission of their kid.
- Consistent Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with interested parents to nurture engagement and maintain interest in the schools offerings.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions, admissions status, and daily activities, updating the system as required.
- Admission Target Achievement: Work diligently to meet and exceed monthly admission targets set by the organization.
- Marketing: Through Event: Conduct events in mall, society, exhibition, preschools etc

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Any
- Excellent communication skills
- Extremely proactive and flexible in approach
- Robust interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Work Mode: Onsite (Work from School Branch).
- Working Days: 6 days per week (with 1 rotational day off) not on weekends.
- Location: Vikhroli, Malad, Andheri west, Borivali.
