We are seeking an energetic and energetic Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team and serve as the voice and face of our diagnostic center.

Role Overview

As the Public Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with patients, doctors, hospitals, corporate clients, and the community. You will play a key role in brand building, patient satisfaction, event management, and corporate tie-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients to generate test referrals and long-term partnerships.
- Patient Experience & Care: Greet VIP clients/patients, address patient feedback or grievances promptly, and ensure a warm, supportive experience throughout their visit.
- Brand Awareness & Marketing Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns, distributing informational materials, and promoting new diagnostic tests or health packages.
- Media & Community Outreach: Coordinate community health camps, diagnostic awareness programs,



and local events to enhance center visibility.
- Internal Communication: Work closely with lab directors, receptionists, and technical staff to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
- Reputation Management: Monitor patient feedback on digital platforms (Google Reviews, social media) and respond professionally to maintain a positive public image.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree , Mass Communication, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in public relations, front desk management, or client relations (experience in a hospital, clinic, or diagnostic laboratory is preferred).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in [Insert Local Language, e.g., English, Malayalam, Hindi].
- Interpersonal Skills: Professional appearance, welcoming personality, and strong conflict-resolution skills.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms and basic MS Office (Word, Excel).
