We're opening applications for therapists to join Enso. Enso is a mental wellness platform that helps you understand your feelings and track your emotional patterns. When you want extended support, you can book a session directly through the app.
That side is growing faster than we expected, so we're expanding our network. We're looking for psychologists based in India with a minimum MA/MSc in Clinical or Counselling Psychology and 2+ years of experience, across CBT, psychodynamic, humanistic, EMDR, ACT, and expressive approaches like art, movement, drama, music and play therapy. If your work sits outside conventional talk therapy, we'd love for you to apply.
What working with us looks like:
You set your own rate. We take a small facilitation fee per session and the rest is yours.
Clients book and pay upfront, so no-shows don't cost you your time. Scheduling, reminders and payments are all handled.
The client relationship is entirely yours. We're not employing you or taking over your practice.
