Company Description MindPlus Psychological Services is a multispecialty center dedicated to providing comprehensive psychological support to children, adolescents, and adults. Services are delivered by an experienced professional team with strong academic backgrounds from relevant institutes.

Role Description This is a full-time, in office Psychologist role based in Thalassery. The Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, provide individual and group therapy, and develop treatment plans for clients across different age groups.
Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical records, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and participating in case conferences to ensure coordinated care. The role involves psychoeducation for clients and families, contribution to preventive and awareness programs, and adherence to ethical and professional standards.
The Psychologist is also expected to stay updated with current research and best practices, and support the development of new therapeutic programs and interventions.
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of psychological assessment and diagnosis, including use of standardized tools and evidence-based evaluation methods.
- Strong skills in individual, group, and family counseling or psychotherapy, with the ability to tailor interventions to different age groups and clinical needs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including clinical psychologists, special educators, therapists, and other allied professionals.
- Proficiency in case documentation, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and maintaining client confidentiality in line with professional ethics.
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology or Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution; relevant professional registration or licensure as required by local regulations.
- Experience working in clinical, educational, or rehabilitation settings is highly desirable, especially with children and adolescents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a client-centered, non-judgmental approach to care.
- Commitment to continuous learning, research-informed practice, and participation in supervision, training, and professional development activities.
