About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented and communication-driven Provider Credentialing Professional / Application Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Provider Enrollment, Credentialing and Licensing.

This is not just a process-following role. We are looking for someone who has real-world, end-to-end experience managing provider enrollment and credentialing activities, communicates confidently with internal and external stakeholders, handles sensitive data with accuracy, and takes ownership of applications from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Provider Enrollment & Credentialing

- Manage the end-to-end provider enrollment and credentialing process across multiple specialties and payer types.
- Prepare, review and submit accurate provider applications within defined timelines.
- Track application status, identify pending requirements and proactively follow up to drive approvals.
- Handle provider credentialing and licensing-related activities with strong attention to detail.
- Ensure applications and supporting documentation are complete, accurate and compliant.

Healthcare Portals & Applications

- Hands-on experience with CAQH, Medicaid, Medicare/PECOS and NPI portals.
- Create, maintain and update provider profiles and application information.
- Manage provider data across different systems while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Experience with state-specific payer requirements is an added advantage.

Provider Communication & Voice Process

- Communicate confidently and professionally with providers, payers and internal stakeholders.
- Handle voice-process interactions effectively with clear, lively and professional communication.




- Respond promptly to queries through phone and email.
- Follow up with stakeholders to obtain missing information and resolve application-related issues.
- Build skilled relationships through responsive and solution-oriented communication.

Data Management & Quality

- Maintain high accuracy while handling large volumes of provider and credentialing data.
- Perform data validation, verification and quality checks before submission.
- Work effectively with Google Sheets and Google Docs, including formulas, pivot tables and data tracking.
- Follow data-driven workflows, maintain trackers and use data to monitor application progress and productivity.
- Demonstrate excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Welcome Kit & Contract Management

- Prepare and distribute provider Welcome Kits with complete and accurate documentation.
- Load provider contracts accurately into the designated systems.
- Ensure provider and contract information is captured correctly and maintained systematically.

What We Are Looking For

Mandatory Skills

- 35 years of hands-on experience in Provider Credentialing / Provider Enrollment.
- Strong practical knowledge of provider enrollment, credentialing and licensing processes.
- Experience handling CAQH, Medicaid, Medicare/PECOS and NPI.
- Prior experience in a voice/voice-based healthcare process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, lively and professional communication style.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven work.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Docs.




- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Good to Have

- Experience with Florida provider credentialing / payer requirements.
- Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Business Administration or Public Health background.
- Experience working with US healthcare providers and payers.
- Experience in provider licensing and multi-state credentialing.
- Strong analytical and data-tracking skills.
