✅Core Skills: End-to-end STP/WWTP design, technical proposal generation, membrane technologies (MBR, MBBR, SBR), and SWRO/BWRO systems.

✅Software/Tools: Hands-on working proficiency in proposal design software (Bentley, GEMS, or equivalent).

✅Communication: Exceptional English skills for mandatory technical coordination syncs and market alignment in the GCC region.

✅Logistics: 100% strictly Work-from-Office model located in Chennai.

We are seeking a Jr. Proposal Engineer to deliver end-to-end technical proposals for large-scale (>10 MLD) water and wastewater treatment projects. The role focuses on designing advanced membrane and biological treatment systems aligned with GCC market standards.





?Core Responsibilities

✔️Technical Proposals: Prepare comprehensive engineering proposals for STP, WWTP, SWRO, BWRO, and TSE polishing systems.

✔️Process Design: Develop process flow diagrams and equipment sizing for MBR, MBBR, SBR, and softening technologies.

✔️Proposal Software Utilization: Leverage engineering software tools like Bentley or GEMS to optimize proposal designs.

✔️Project Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure client technical compliance for >10 MLD capacity plants.

✔️Market Optimization: Analyze client specs and market trends to deliver cost-effective solutions for GCC region projects.
