Role Description This is a full time, on-site Proposal Engineer role based in Hyderabad.

The Proposal

Engineer will prepare and write technical and commercial proposals for Fans and Blowers aligning solutions with customer requirements and company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing specifications and drawings, performing basic engineering calculations, estimating project costs, coordinating with procurement and sales teams to obtain pricing and technical data, and compiling complete offer documentation. The role involves interacting with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements,



responding to bid inquiries, updating proposal templates and databases, and supporting the sales team in technical presentations and negotiations.

The Proposal

Engineer will also help ensure proposals comply with company policies, environmental standards, and contractual terms.

Qualifications

Strong proposal development skills, including Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing for industrial and engineering projects.

Foundational to advanced knowledge in Rotating equipments

Experience or aptitude in Sales, including supporting technical sales activities, customer interactions, and commercial negotiations.

Exposure to Procurement processes, such as obtaining vendor quotes, evaluating technical offers, and supporting cost estimation.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and standards, with strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.

Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office) and basic engineering or CAD software;

experience in industrial or environmental engineering sectors is an advantage.
