Property Representative As a Property Representative, you will be the friendly and professional face and voice of Redbrik. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting clients through their property journey, and proudly showcasing our homes. From handling enquiries to conducting property viewings, you will ensure every interaction reflects our client-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and nurture leads through proactive prospecting and relationship building
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
- Conduct property viewings and confidently showcase our properties to prospective buyers and tenants
- Present homes in the best possible light, highlighting key features and lifestyle benefits
- Provide accurate information about properties, services, and the sales and lettings process
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks and client follow-ups
- Resolve client queries or concerns promptly, professionally, and with empathy




- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all interactions are logged within internal systems.

- Confident in presenting properties and engaging with prospective clients during viewings
- Strong organisational ability and confidence using IT systems
- Calm, professional, and proactive in a rapid-paced environment.

Requirements

- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as viewings may be required.

Salary: £25,350 - £26,500 per annum Location: Ecclesall Road, Sheffield, S11 8TH

Contract: Full-time, 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays on a rota basis 9:30am - 2:30pm

Annual Leave: 23 days (with an additional day off for your birthday, plus bank holidays)
