About the Role

Handy sQuad is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Property Sales Advisor / Customer Relationship Executive to help customers find the right residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer service, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Coordinate and conduct property site visits.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain customer records in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Property Sales, Real Estate, Customer Service, Sales, Banking, Insurance, Hospitality, Retail, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Two-wheeler license preferred.
