- Facility Maintenance: Inspect the building, rooms, and equipment regularly; coordinate repairs, cleaning, and janitorial services. [1, 2]

- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams. [1, 2, 3, 4]

- Financial & Administrative: Monitor operational budgets, manage petty cash or inventory, and report performance metrics to owners or general management. [1, 2]

- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to local safety, security, and hospitality regulations. [1, 2]

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in hotel management, hospitality, or facility operations.

- Education: High school diploma or a degree in hospitality, business administration, or property management.

- Skills: Solid leadership, clear communication, problem-solving under pressure, and basic financial/budgeting knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
