Property & Operations Manager The Social Belly | Jagatpura, Jaipur The Social Belly is a café, events space and boutique stay in Jagatpura, Jaipur.

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Property & Operations Manager to take ownership of the smooth day-to-day functioning of the complete property.

The role requires someone who is comfortable being present on the floor, coordinating people and vendors, solving problems quickly and maintaining consistent operating standards.

What you’ll manage

- Daily opening and closing of the property
- Staff attendance, deployment and coordination
- Café floor and guest-facing operations
- Housekeeping and property upkeep
- Coordination with kitchen and service teams
- Inventory checks and procurement follow-ups
- Vendor coordination
- Maintenance and repair follow-ups
- Event setup and readiness
- Guest complaints and service recovery
- Coordination of boutique-stay operations




- Basic operational reports and checklists
- Ensuring SOPs and service standards are followed

Who we’re looking for

- Experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, clubs, resorts or property operations
- Solid organisational and people-management ability
- Comfortable handling guests and resolving complaints
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams simultaneously
- Basic understanding of inventory, procurement and cost control
- Comfortable with basic digital tools, POS systems and reporting
- Responsible, punctual and hands-on
- Able to work hospitality shifts, weekends and holidays when required

Experience with Petpooja or another restaurant POS would be an advantage. Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur
