This role is only for candidates with substantial, hands-on experience in real estate transactions who are seeking a reliable, long-term professional engagement.

Mandatory Eligibility (Strict Screening Criteria)

Only candidates meeting the following criteria will be considered:

- Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience with a demonstrated clear focus on property/real estate law
- Proficiency in reading Tamil – essential and non-negotiable
- Strong legal drafting, analytical ability, and attention to detail
- Professional maturity and ability to independently handle matters
- Knowledge of computer operations related to this field

Core Responsibilities

- Conducting comprehensive title due diligence and investigations
- Reviewing revenue, land, and government records
- Drafting and vetting conveyancing and transaction documents




- Issuing legal opinions and advisory on complex property matters
- Managing end-to-end real estate transactions with precision
