Job Summary The Home Stay In-Charge will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. The candidate will manage bookings, housekeeping, maintenance coordination, customer service, and overall property management.

Key Responsibilities Guest ManagementWelcome guests during check-in and assist during check-out.Ensure guests receive excellent hospitality.Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.Maintain guest satisfaction throughout their stay.Booking ManagementManage online and offline bookings.Coordinate reservations through platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Google, phone calls, and WhatsApp.Maintain occupancy records.Update room availability regularly.Housekeeping SupervisionSupervise housekeeping staff.Ensure rooms are cleaned before guest arrival.Maintain cleanliness of rooms and common areas.Monitor laundry and linen availability.Property MaintenanceInspect rooms daily.Report maintenance issues immediately.Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, and technicians whenever required.Ensure all facilities are functioning properly.Inventory ManagementMaintain stock of toiletries, cleaning materials, linens, towels,



and kitchen supplies.Record inventory usage.Inform management when replenishment is required.

Financial & Administrative Duties :Maintain guest records.Collect payments.Issue receipts/invoices.Prepare daily occupancy reports.Maintain petty cash records.Staff CoordinationAllocate duties to housekeeping staff.Monitor attendance.Ensure staff follow cleanliness and hospitality standards.Safety & SecurityEnsure guest safety.Verify guest ID proofs during check-in.Ensure CCTV systems are functioning.Follow local government regulations.Marketing SupportEncourage guests to leave positive online reviews.Respond to customer enquiries.Assist in promoting the property.Required QualificationsAny Degree preferred.Experience in Hotel, Home Stay, Lodge, Resort, or Service Apartment management preferred.Freshers with excellent customer service skills may also apply.Skills RequiredExcellent communication (Tamil required; English preferred)Customer service orientationBasic computer knowledgeMS Excel and MS WordWhatsApp BusinessOnline booking managementProblem-solving skillsLeadership abilityTime managementMulti-tasking.
