Job Title: Property Manager

Department: Property Management Services (PMS)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee and manage rental properties under our portfolio. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, hands-on field experience, and a thorough understanding of property management operations including tenant coordination, inspections, vendor management, and property maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end rental property management, including tenant move-in, move-out, and renewals.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure timely maintenance and upkeep.
- Coordinate with tenants, owners, and vendors for any service or repair-related issues.
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers for maintenance, cleaning, and repair works.
- Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and ensure proper documentation.
- Manage property keys, utilities, and asset handovers efficiently.




- Handle field visits and property verifications as required.
- Support in property marketing, listings, and coordinating site visits.
- Ensure high tenant satisfaction and maintain proper communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Property Management / Real Estate operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory (with valid license).
- Strong knowledge of rental property processes, tenant management, vendor management, and inspections.
- Ability to handle field work and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets for reporting and documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
