Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Projects Manager / Senior Manager to lead and manage civil construction projects in Bangalore. The candidate should have strong experience in project execution, planning, stakeholder coordination, quality, cost, and schedule management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the execution of civil construction projects from planning through completion.
- Manage project teams, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Establish and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures where required.
- Manage project resources including manpower, materials, equipment, and contractors.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and commercial aspects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal departments.
- Resolve technical, operational, and project execution issues.




- Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are followed.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide management-level progress reports.
- Identify project risks and coordinate appropriate mitigation measures.
- Ensure proper project documentation and handover.

Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 10–16 years of relevant civil construction/project management experience.
- Strong experience in managing large-scale civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, quality, cost, and schedule management.
- Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and project management documentation.
- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
- Candidates with solid project execution and management experience will be preferred.

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka – Mandatory Pay: From ₹8,983.99 per month
