Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

- Core Expertise:

Deep hands-on experience in MPP, WBS, CPM, Integrated Master Schedule, Float Analysis, and schedule baseline maintenance.

- Tools:

Mastery in

Microsoft Project (MPP)

is mandatory. Candidates must also have strong working knowledge of at least two of the following: Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Planner, Monday.com, or ServiceNow PPM.

- Methodologies:

Demonstrated fluency across Waterfall, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Hybrid, and ideally SAFe or PRINCE2.

- Certification:

PMP, PMI-SP (Scheduling Skilled), or PRINCE2.

- Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills, ability to present risk/trade-offs to executive stakeholders,



and experience with AI-integrated workflows.

Role Summary The Project Scheduler will own the schedule quality—managing dependencies, critical paths, and resource loading.

Responsibilities include defining work plans, managing cross-functional teams, and driving delivery across diverse IT streams (e.g., Cloud migration, ITSM, or Infrastructure transformation).

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain integrated master schedules across multiple platforms.

- Develop WBS structures, sprint backlogs, and milestone plans.

- Perform critical path analysis and manage schedule compression (fast-tracking/crashing).

- Flag over-allocation and resource capacity risks proactively.

- Lead cutover and hypercare planning.

- Consult with client stakeholders to define and align project solutions with business needs.
