Project Planning Manager PMC

Role Overview

We are looking for a Deputy Manager – PMC to manage end-to-end project planning, coordination, execution monitoring, commercial control, procurement, warehouse coordination, and project closure. The role will act as a key link between Sales, Design, Procurement, Accounts, Engineering, QC/QS, Stores, Site Teams, and Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Review WO, project scope, commercial terms, timelines, and payment schedules.
- Prepare and freeze project scope, BOQ, execution plan, RACI, and baseline schedule.
- Coordinate with Design teams for drawings, approvals, and design freeze before procurement/execution.
- Plan project manpower, procurement, material requirements, subcontractors, and mobilization.
- Monitor project progress against milestones, DPR/WPR, timelines, and critical activities.
- Coordinate procurement, warehouse/stores, material dispatch, inventory, and project-wise material tracking.
- Monitor project costs, site expenses, RA billing, vendor/subcontractor bills, and budget variance.
- Ensure quality compliance, drawing adherence,



inspections, and timely snag closure.
- Identify project risks, delays, scope deviations, and escalate critical issues to management.
- Coordinate final reconciliation, Finance NOC, client handover, documentation, and feedback.
- Conduct post-project review and support Project P&L; / cost analysis.

Key Performance Indicators
- 90% projects completed within approved timelines.
- 100% scope and design freeze before execution/procurement.
- Effective cost and commercial control with minimal budget variance.
- Zero major delays due to planning or material shortages.
- 100% completion of finance clearance and client handover documentation.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 6–10 years in PMC / Project Management / Engineering Projects.
- Strong experience in project planning, execution monitoring, procurement coordination, BOQ, commercial control, and site coordination.
- Experience handling multi-location / Pan India projects is preferred.
- Solid coordination, analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel Pan India as required.
