NWe're a growing architecture & design firm handling residential, commercial, and institutional projects. We need someone detail-obsessed to manage project data, documentation, and coordination.

NKey Responsibilities:

N1. Data Management

n- Maintain detailed project database

N-Manage a detailed filingsystem

N2. Software & Excel Skills

N- Advanced Excel: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, project tracking sheets

N- Proficient in MS Office

N- Knowledge of managementsoftware like Asana/Notion

N3. Coordination with Stakeholders

N- Liaise with team heads,external agencies e.G. law firm, Auditors etc.

N4.



Written & Verbal Communication

NDraft clear emails, MOMs etc.

NProfessional communication in English

N5. Project Management Support

N- Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple deliverables

N- Flag delays and maintain project documentation trail
