Key Responsibilities





- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through successful implementation.
- Develop project plans, roadmaps, timelines, sprint plans, and execution strategies.
- Manage project scope, priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive Agile delivery using Scrum and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA, Operations, Business, and Customer Success teams.
- Guide development teams on Agile processes and delivery best practices.
- Coordinate deployment planning, release management, and implementation activities.
- Monitor project health, remove blockers, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare executive dashboards, project status reports, and leadership updates.
- Mentor teams and continuously improve project delivery processes.

Mandatory Skills Excellent English communication (Verbal & Written)

Outstanding stakeholder management and presentation skills

Proven experience in customer-facing and voice-based professional environments

Strong Project Planning and Execution experience

Agile, Scrum & SDLC expertise

Sprint Planning, Backlog Management & Release Planning





Risk Management & Issue Resolution

Cross-functional Team Leadership

Resource Planning & Project Governance

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

Preferred Experience

- 10+ years of Project Management experience
- Healthcare Domain / US Healthcare experience
- Experience managing customer-facing implementation projects
- Practical knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, Hybrid delivery models
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
- PMP Certification (Preferred)
